Fruits
Harvested from early July until mid-August depending on variety, fruits are picked by hand, then sorted and graded before being sent to the shipping market.
The ripest of these fruits are available to buy at the Domain. Bursting with sunshine and vitamins, they are good for making preserves and jams.
The Apricots
- Orangé de Provence ,this former regional variety is very sweet and juicy, highly sought after for jam
- Bergeron a very firm texture, slightly tangy and is dark orange to red in colour. It also travels very well.
Peaches and Nectarines
A dozen varieties have been planted to satisfy all tastes.
Available at the Domain throughout the summer.
